An authentic Sicilian experience, a journey through scents, ingredients, traditions and good music. I will welcome you to my home, a retreat that preserves Sicilian warmth and roots, where you can relax by the fireplace in winter or in the cool summer garden, far from the heat of the city. I will share with you the secrets of Sicilian cuisine, handed down from generation to generation. After an aperitif, you will learn how to prepare homemade pasta - maccheroni con il ferretto or busiate - which we will dress with sugo alla norma, sardines and fennel, mollica or, in the summer season, with Trapanese pesto. There will be no shortage of typical Sicilian desserts, such as biancomangiare, gelo and ricotta cakes. To finish, a homemade rosolio with cherries from our own production.

Appena siamo arrivate abbiamo notato la cura nel dettaglio della tavola con al centro una composizione floreale. Nonostante le nostre scarse doti culinarie, sotto l’attenta e paziente supervisione della nostra Cesarina, abbiamo mangiato tantissimi piatti molto buoni della tradizione siciliana, dall’antipasto al dolce. La serata è stata assolutamente di nostro gradimento e i padroni di casa si sono dimostrate persone disponibili anche nel consigliarci modi per arricchire il nostro itinerario durante il viaggio. Risate e chiacchiere non sono mancate, esperienza assolutamente da provare, consigliassimo!!!!

With no limit on guests, I've hosted gatherings in my garden with abundant food, good music, and carefully curated setups. The Christmas dinners for my banking team were always well-received, with a focus on table arrangements and dish presentation. Beyond Sicilian tradition, I enjoy experimenting with international dishes. My hobbies include crafting jams from my orchard's fruits, making homemade liqueurs, and various preserves."
