    During this experience, ( possible from Tuesday to Friday) we will meet at 10 a.m. at the winery,to taste 4 types of wine produced in the winery,accompanied by a rich buffet of appetizers and typical products,and afterwards,we will go to piedimonte etneo,in the house,where I will teach you how to prepare a typical and succulent food of our area: arancini,which you can enjoy as soon as they are ready. They will be served at the end ,two good typical sweet wines: zibibbo and passito.

    Annalisa Maria lives in Piedimonte, a characteristic village in the Etna area and near the sea of Taormina. Her home is a place of peace and relaxation, where to eat and listen to music. A childhood rich in home cooking and a culinary tradition, which has been handed down for generations, are the main ingredients of her cuisine. The pasta is strictly homemade, with passion and with organic and fresh products at km 0. The wine served is a mixture of Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'Avola, produced with love by the small family vineyards and by her father.
