My kitchen respects traditional recipes and uses locally sourced or homegrown ingredients as much as possible. Guests will be welcomed in a garden with a view of the sea and Mount Etna, under a gazebo placed on a terrace directly over the vineyard. Easily reachable with the provided directions, the house is located a short distance (1 Km) from the picturesque village of Sant'Alfio. The garden is rich in rare plants and aromatic herbs that are used in our dishes. Onsite parking available.

Angela runs an excellent class; her English is excellent and the knowledge that she was able to pass onto me was A1. I enjoyed the pasta making and the Tiramisu was excellent. There needs to be an improvement in the way cesarine pass messages for the event

A Wednesday very well spent! Angela offered up her home and her expertise to strangers, and with every tool to make pasta imaginable, her fingers nimble and sure, there was a story to follow every ingredient, and a love for food and the connection that can be found and shared in cooking together. Pasta was both made and consumed, as was the tiramisu; the table laden with "Angela treats", the air filled with laughter and the aromas of the meal just prepared and consumed. For anyone wanting to learn a bit about Italian culture, and get one's hands dirty doing it...I would 100% recommend Maria Angela as their Cesarine !!!!!
