My word of advice to anyone taking this class is show up with an empty stomach because you will be absolutely stuffed (and happily so) by the time you leave! What a fantastic experience! We had a amazing time making tortelloni with Maria. It was fantastic to learn from her and gain knowledge through her extensive experience making food. Not only was it amazing to make, but it also was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed making the dessert and sharing a meal together during this intimate experience. If you want to experience true regional and local culture, then this is the cooking class for you.
