- Stefania was FANTASTIC!! There were 6 of us in her class (three generations of our family). She welcomed us into her home and we had dinner with her family, including her husband and her two sons. Stefania is an extraordinary teacher! She showed us concretely what she wanted us to do and helped us replicate it. Her ability to guide us step by step was absolutely perfect. She wasn’t at all secretive with her recipes; on the contrary, she has a true passion for sharing her knowledge and experience with others. It was an unforgettable experience! We learned some really valuable tricks of the trade. We stayed in contact throughout our entire trip in Italy and she even helped us find a place to buy a "chitarra" of our own. I have no doubt that we will be friends for life! Thank you so much, Stefania!! ❤️😊
- The experience at Stefania's was amazing! We had a lot of fun while cooking and talking and enjoyed the awesome hospitality of Stefania and her husband. The food was absolutely great and the organisation perfect. We loved to be in their elegant house, in their spacious kitchen, which combines modernity and tradition and we learned so many interesting facts about their history, culture, traditions.
