My cuisine reflects regional traditions and features original recipes passed down from my skilled mother. From homemade pasta to pizzas, focaccias, bread, and various desserts, my repertoire is diverse. I've taken bread-making courses with a keen focus on different flours and their strength. I consider myself proficient in first courses, and I enjoy creating convivial moments enriched by an excellent selection of wines from my cellar!

- My boyfriend and I had a cooking class with Stefani in August 2024 and we absolutely loved the whole experience. Stefani, was a brilliant teacher and guided us in making the most delicious pastas and tiramisu. Stefani, her husband and their son made us feel completely at home and relaxed, and we had a amazing evening eating, laughing and drinking together! We would absolutely come back if we are in the area again, it was bellissimo :) Thank you Stefani!
- Phenomenal food, but our host made it a very special event. We immediately felt welcomed by our host, Stefania. We cooked, and she taught us a lot about what we were doing and the history behind the food and the region. It was a beautiful, unique experience, we’d love to do it again and would recommend it to anyone!

- Esperienza super consigliata! Siamo stati accolti dalla Cesarina Stefania che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Trasmette con molta passione le sue conoscenze riguardo le ricette tipiche della tradizione Abruzzese. Con indosso i nostri grembiuli ci siamo messi all’opera e tra chiacchiere e consigli abbiamo fatto la pasta all’uovo migliore di sempre! È stata una gran sorpresa poi conoscere suo marito, piacevole presenza durante l’esperienza che ha aggiunto quel quid in più abbinando ottimi vini ai nostri piatti.
