Hi from Stefania!

My cuisine reflects regional traditions and features original recipes passed down from my skilled mother. From homemade pasta to pizzas, focaccias, bread, and various desserts, my repertoire is diverse. I've taken bread-making courses with a keen focus on different flours and their strength. I consider myself proficient in first courses, and I enjoy creating convivial moments enriched by an excellent selection of wines from my cellar!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The food was fantastic and the company of Stefania and her family was even better. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Abruzzo.

Our experience with Stefania’s Cesarine class far exceeded our expectations! Stefania’s expert knowledge and perfect technique were only exceeded by her passion for and dedication to creating authentic Abruzzo cuisine. She was patient and encouraging to the beginner cooks and provided thoughtful and detailed suggestions and information to those with more experience. Cooking with Stefania and sharing dinner with her welcoming and wonderful family were an absolute highlight of our trip and an evening we will not forget.

Stefanía and her family welcomed us into their lovely home and we absolutely had the time of our lives! Her home made authentic food all the from region of Abruzzo was to die for! They had wine to pair with it that matched amazingly, and even ended with home made cannolis and cream! Stefanía was such a gracious host even with us not speaking a lot of Italian, but we made it work and had the most fun off entire trip to Italy. I would highly recommended this experience and even more Stefanía to anyone that is slightly interested!

That was a completely successful experience. Although I have made pasta myself, this pasta course has revolutionized everything. You can't get a feel for the right procedure and the perfect dough consistency on the internet. This requires a passionate master. I also learned how to make a great tiramisu.
