- Stefania is a special person. She is polite and competent in her work. She manages to create the right atmosphere to involve everyone in her great passion for food preparation. Patient and generous, she provides assistance and advice even after the course, which rarely happens. I look forward to taking more of her courses, because I learn a lot and have fun. A true professional.

- This was the highlight of our stay in Pescara. The food was fantastic, but what made the evening even better was the hosts.They where generous of their time, skills and company. Could not fault anything. They even helped with the local taxi situation .
