On the terrace of my house, amidst the greenery of nature and the sea stretching to the horizon during the summer, or around the old family table by the warmth of the fireplace during the winter, I love to receive my guests. Through recipes handed down from generation to generation, I tell them the fascinating story of my family. Panzarottini, delicious fried stuffed "pasta matta", prepared with care, the use of the old family guitar to make pasta, to be seasoned with local zero-mile products, and the discovery of cannoli, a traditional dessert of our region, will be the protagonists of my guests' culinary journey in my home. In addition, there will be no shortage of artisanal liqueurs and tastings of local products.

Expérience incroyable ! Nous avons passé un super moment, nous avons pu apprendre à cuisiner de bonnes choses nous mêmes grâce à Luisa . La traductrice présente est vraiment un plus, et elle était très sympa Je recommande vivement , un véritable coup de cœur à pescara pour Luisa , son mari et la traductrice . Des personnes très sympas et accueillante ♥️ ce fut notre activité préférée à pescara , un souvenir inoubliable !!! Un grand merci

Louisa opened her home to cook for two complete strangers. We had an English translator to help us better understand what she was cooking and normal Italian greetings. We had four courses to include a small cracker with pesto and tomato, delicate crispy pastry with gorgonzola and pear that was very tasty. Traditional Abruzzo salami and cheese. For the next course we had spaghetti type of pasta that we made homemade using a Guitarra to cut the pasta. Guitarra pasta was made with meatballs and Pomodoro sauce. In America we have an Italian cookie called pizzelle. Louisa went above and beyond and created homemade pitzelles with an iron dates 1900. The pizelles had homemade custard and beautifully piped whipped cream and strawberries on the side. It was well worth the it just the hospitality alone and the kindness and passion for cooking was worth the cost . Thank you kindly, we appreciated everything, every course and your company.
