In a cozy family atmosphere, we will prepare together delicious Ravioli Abruzzesi, topped with a homemade tomato sauce. The recipe is an old family tradition, passed down from my mother, an experienced cook. For the filling, we will use local sheep's ricotta cheese, grated aged pecorino cheese and high-quality pork sausage from the best farms in Abruzzo. Each meal is complemented by homemade focaccia and accompanied by excellent Montepulciano D'Abruzzo wine. An authentic experience to discover traditional Abruzzo cuisine, made with love and local ingredients.

- This was the highlight of our stay in Pescara. The food was fantastic, but what made the evening even better was the hosts.They where generous of their time, skills and company. Could not fault anything. They even helped with the local taxi situation .
- My sister, niece and I wanted to experience a cooking class of typical Abruzzese cuisine, and Stefania's Handmade Ravioli and authentic traditions evening did not disappoint. We experienced not just a wonderful time of learning, but so much fun and laughter! The entire meal--appetizers, ravioli, dessert, wine--was delicious, and the ravioli reminded us of the ones that our Mom used to make. Stefania along with her husband were so hospitable and caring of us, particularly with my niece. They were very interesting with the personal stories they told us, and they were both genuinely interested in us and our experiences in visiting our parents' Italian hometowns. We would highly recommend Stefania's class to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience--thank you again, Stefania!!
- Stefania was an amazing hostess and teacher. We felt extremely welcome in her beautiful house. She has a passion for cooking and was happy to share her family recipes. The food was delicious and it was an amazing experience!
- We had such fun in our cooking class with Stefania. We were a mixed group of 3 generations and thoroughly enjoyed her & her husband Marcelo’s beautiful home and our dinner together on their private patio. We learned how to make pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu, and they were all delicious! We felt very lucky to be invited into their beautiful home and highly recommend this class.

We greeted each other with hand shakes and said good bye with hugs! the food was delicious and the conversation flowed easily. Stefania explained how she was preparing things and answered all of our questions. She let us help cut the pasta, too. I would highly recommend spending an evening at Stefania’s table. You will not be disappointed. Just be sure to arrive hungry!
