Your experience
  • Bruschetta with mozzarella and anchovies
  • Python (or pidone) of Messina. Home made fried pasta stuffed with tuma, curly Endive, anchovy
  • Pythons with sweet ricotta and chocolate

Python (or pidone) is a typical dish from Messina, particularly famous in street food. It is made with a dough made from water, yeast and flour, and is stuffed with curly escarole, mozzarella or tuma cheese, anchovies, tomato and black pepper. Together we will prepare the dough, fill the pythons and fry them and then enjoy them hot on the terrace with a direct view of the clear blue sea of the Strait of Messina, or eat them right on the beach in front of the house! We will also prepare a bruschetta with mozzarella and anchovies, and sweet pythons with fresh ricotta and chocolate chips! What are you waiting for? Once you return home, you will be able to prepare three typical Sicilian recipes for your friends and family!
