The aperitif for us is a moment of pause where while preparing good food we converse and talk. Our experience involves the preparation of five different courses that will make up a hearty aperitivo. We will start by preparing together the dough for the focaccine; this will be followed by the preparation of eggplant parmigiana; baked ricotta accompanied by red onion; and to complete we will have roasted mortadella and seasoned friselle.

The aperitif will be accompanied by a freshly prepared spritz that you will sip, while the courses are cooking, in our garden.

Polignano, in Apulia, overlooks the Adriatic Sea and is the hometown of the great international artist Modugno. Here, between heaven and earth, in the “blu dipinto di blu", we meet Stefania. Our Cesarina has always loved, ever since childhood. A passion that was passed down by her grandmother, with whom she used to prepare delicious desserts, especially for special occasions. Stefania also loves make dough for pizza, bread and focaccia. "Come to my house to rediscover the aromas of good and traditional food that are synonymous with happiness."
