- Frisella withcherry tomatoes, cucumber origano and olive oil
- Baked Ricotta with local onion
- Focaccine
- Eggplant Parmigiana with tomatoes, pesto sauce and mozzarella cheese
The aperitif for us is a moment of pause where while preparing good food we converse and talk. Our experience involves the preparation of five different courses that will make up a hearty aperitivo. We will start by preparing together the dough for the focaccine; this will be followed by the preparation of eggplant parmigiana; baked ricotta accompanied by red onion; and to complete we will have roasted mortadella and seasoned friselle.
The aperitif will be accompanied by a freshly prepared spritz that you will sip, while the courses are cooking, in our garden.
