In the Umbrian countryside, at the foot of the seraphic city of Assisi, I warmly welcome you to taste local products cooked with love, attention to detail, experiencing moments of relaxation and harmony. From appetizer to dessert, a journey through history, traditions, simplicity with torta al testo, stuffed with km0 roasted sausages and country cooked grass, and torta pasqualina with cheese and Norcia cured meats. Forest-scented tagliatelle with asparagus picked by me, in the wooded scrubland in front of my home. Roast turkey with homemade stuffed tomatoes. To conclude typical dessert: the Ciaramicola with vin Santo. Drinks and homemade limoncello offered are included.
