During the course, we will prepare three typical pasta dishes from Lazio and its gastronomic tradition together. The lesson will take place in my kitchen in Cellano, where I will guide guests step by step, ensuring that each process is clear and easy to follow.

It will be fun to see how the addition of a single ingredient can completely transform a dish. We will conclude the experience on a sweet note with the timeless Tiramisù, for a complete immersion in traditional Lazio cuisine.

Cooking is my greatest passion, as are quality ingredients to be transformed into dishes. In fact, I personally produce bread with my mother yeast, fresh pasta, cheese and more. This is because in the family we cultivate garden and we raise livestock from which to get truly genuine food. All served on a table set with care every day in the respect we have for food and wine, my other great passion that led me to attend a course to be able to enjoy it more awareness.
