Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

In this course, I will guide you step by step through the preparation of a typical Lazio menu, teaching you how to cook authentic dishes with your own hands.

We will start with a tasting of local cured meats and cold cuts, including coppa, mortadella, prosciutto, capocollo, sausages, coppiette and salami, to discover the flavours of tradition. The star of the course will be pasta alla Gricia, the symbolic dish of Roman cuisine, which we will prepare together in my kitchen, learning every step so that you can replicate it at home and impress your family and friends. We will also prepare and discover Fegatelli, adding a rustic and flavourful touch to our menu. We will conclude on a sweet note with the timeless Tiramisù, for a complete experience of aromas, flavours and tradition.
