We take care of everything: we will pick you up in Assisi and take you on a short trip to one of our vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy incredible views. After visiting the vinegar cellar and learning about the process, we will continue with a tour of our winery and a guided tasting of our organic wines and balsamic vinegar, accompanied by bruschetta seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil and other typical Umbrian products (vegetarian options available). Before returning to the city, you will have the opportunity to take a walk in the beautiful Assisi countryside to fix in your memory the colors, smells, and flavors of this unforgettable land.
