We will continue with a tour of the winery, discovering all the secrets of organic winemaking, before immersing ourselves in the tasting of five DOC and IGT wines and sensory analysis, distinguishing our organic wine from conventional wine. The tour will be accompanied by typical local products, including vegan options. At the end, you will receive an "Apprentice Winemaker" certificate, a special souvenir of your experience.
