I can’t wait to welcome you to my cookery school, in the heart of Assisi’s historic centre. Amidst the town’s charming streets, you’ll enjoy an authentic and exclusive culinary experience dedicated to Umbrian truffles.
I’ll guide you through the different types of truffle that grow in our woods, sharing interesting facts, seasonal information and the secrets of this precious ingredient. Together we will prepare some traditional and gourmet recipes: fettuccine with truffles, truffle-stuffed eggs and one of my specialities, spinach au gratin with cheese and truffles. An immersive experience combining flavour, tradition and conviviality, perfect for those wishing to discover authentic Umbrian cuisine through one of its most precious ingredients.
