I am Cesarina Francesca, would you like to join a unique cooking class at my home in Perugia? We will begin the experience by preparing a delicious torta al testo, served with local cured meats. Next, we will move to the barbecue, where we’ll learn how to cook meat over the grill, an Italian tradition, for a flavorful second course. Finally, we will prepare a dessert together, including a delightful buttercream or a walnut cake. During the class, I will share the secrets of Umbrian cuisine, and once we’re done, we’ll all enjoy the dishes we’ve made. An authentic experience that celebrates the flavors of my land, I look forward to having you!
