I invite you to my cooking school in the heart of Assisi for a unique experience discovering tortellini!
We’ll start with a welcome aperitif, where you’ll taste some of the finest Umbrian local products, perfect for teasing your palate and immersing you in the flavors of our culinary tradition. I will teach you how to make tortellini, an iconic dish of Italian cuisine. I’ll guide you step by step, from preparing the dough to creating the filling and shaping the perfect tortellini. You’ll discover the secrets behind this recipe, which is also a bit of an art, and how every hand movement makes a difference! At the end of the course, we’ll enjoy the tortellini we’ve prepared together, in a friendly and flavorful atmosphere. I look forward to cooking with you!

In my cooking school, I enjoy sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, enhancing local flavors and using fresh ingredients grown in the nearby fields.
