My cooking draws inspiration from these traditional dishes, such as *torta al testo*, homemade tagliatelle, ravioli, and cappelletti, as well as *brustengo*. Each dish is paired with a selection of our finest cured meats, prosciutto, and cheeses, all perfectly complemented by exquisite local wines that celebrate the authentic flavors of our land.
