    I am Cesarina Monica, and I invite you to join a unique cooking class at my home in Perugia. We will start the experience with brustengo, a simple yet flavorful appetizer made from water, flour, and salt, cooked in a pan and served with local cured meats. Then, together, we will prepare traditional first courses, such as tagliatelle, eggless pici, potato gnocchi, cooked flour gnocchi, or ravioli, seasoned with truffle, fresh tomato, or meat sauce. Finally, we will conclude by making a delicious zuppa inglese, the perfect dessert for any occasion, or a jam-filled crostata. During the class, you will learn the secrets of Umbrian cuisine, and then we will enjoy together what we have created. I can’t wait to share this unique experience with you!
