We will begin with a welcome aperitif, then we’ll roll up our sleeves and make pasta! I will teach you how to prepare two classic Italian dishes: fettuccine and ravioli. I’ll reveal the secrets of homemade pasta, from choosing the right ingredients to the perfect technique for creating a smooth and elastic dough. After the class, we’ll enjoy together the dishes we’ve prepared. It’s an experience filled with flavor, fun, and togetherness, perfect for those who want to discover the true spirit of traditional Italian home cooking. I look forward to seeing you!
