Ready, set, go! We’ll welcome you with a small aperitivo, then everyone will take their own station—your hands will be the stars as we knead and shape authentic fresh pasta. Together, we’ll make tagliatelle and finish with a traditional Umbrian dessert: ciambelline al mosto, served with a splash of limoncello. At the end of the class, we’ll taste everything we’ve prepared, celebrating the joy of cooking and sharing. See you there!

We prepared dishes typical of the region from scratch, with Luisa and Rita creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with laughter, great conversation, and exceptional food.
