The morning concludes at Cesarina Eleonora’s Cooking School, in the heart of Assisi, where your foraged treasures become the stars of an authentic tasting: fresh truffle tagliatelle, eggs with truffle, and spinach with butter and truffle. If we don’t find truffles in the woods, don’t worry—you’ll still enjoy high-quality truffles.

- Eleanora was so fantastic. What a lovely lady. We enjoyed her lessons so much. She spent extra time with us. We enjoyed the cheese and wine tasting beforehand as well. I did so much we even purchased wine and olive oil to have sent home. Her grandson’s run the wine, cheese and olive oil store and they are absolutely adorable and knowledgeable.
