I look forward to welcoming you to my cooking school in the heart of Assisi for a special class dedicated to homemade cannelloni, where we will learn step by step how to prepare them together.
During the class, we will start with a welcome aperitif featuring local products, to discover the authentic flavors of Umbria. I will guide you in preparing traditional cannelloni, sharing techniques, tips, and secrets of Italian cuisine. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the cannelloni we have prepared together, paired with a glass of local wine. It will be a unique and convivial experience, perfect for having fun in the kitchen, learning authentic Italian cooking, and tasting traditional flavors.

I did so much we even purchased wine and olive oil to have sent home. Her grandson’s run the wine, cheese and olive oil store and they are absolutely adorable and knowledgeable.

I strongly believe in the value of local products and in the quality of ingredients from our region. I live and work surrounded by the beauty of Umbria and its seasonal produce. In my cooking school, I enjoy sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, enhancing local flavors and using fresh ingredients grown in the nearby fields.
