I am delighted to invite you to my cookery school in the heart of Assisi’s historic centre, to discover all the secrets of homemade Italian pizza.
You will enjoy an authentic and convivial experience, during which I will guide you step by step through the preparation of traditional pizza, using high-quality local ingredients typical of Umbria. We’ll start with a welcome aperitif made with local produce, to introduce you to the authentic flavours of the region. I’ll teach you how to make different types of pizza, from kneading the dough to baking it, revealing the techniques and secrets of Italian tradition. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy the pizzas we’ve made together, accompanied by local specialities and a glass of fine wine, in a cheerful atmosphere!

I did so much we even purchased wine and olive oil to have sent home. Her grandson’s run the wine, cheese and olive oil store and they are absolutely adorable and knowledgeable.
