Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Experience the magic of making dough with your own hands, where energy spreads creating a cheerful and carefree atmosphere! Flour and egg are transformed into a spell that takes you back to tradition. You will roll out the dough following ancient recipes, bringing to life tagliatelle and filled ravioli. Toppings will vary according to the seasonal treasures nature gives us. The experience will conclude with the preparation of a delicious tiramisu.

At the end of the cooking class we will leave the workshop and where time permits, we will move outside to savor your creations with a breathtaking view and as a backdrop our magical Assisi.
