I’m happy to welcome you to my cooking school, located in the heart of Assisi’s historic center, for a unique experience exploring the traditional Umbrian sweets. We begin with a welcome aperitif, where you can taste a selection of local products that will introduce you to the authentic flavors of our land. Then, we get straight to work! I will teach you how to prepare traditional sweets, from spoon desserts to typical cakes and tarts, as well as delicious chocolate treats for those who love richer flavors. At the end of the course, we will enjoy together the dishes we’ve prepared, sharing a moment of fun, tradition, and togetherness.

- Wow! Had a group of 18 in an amazing pasta-making class in Assisi Italy. The instructor Eleonora was so informative and patient with us. Made the class a highlight of our trip. Not only did we learn to make pasta but we made enough to make several delicious meals as a group. The entire experience was super fun. Highly recommended. A must do if you’re ever in Assisi.
