My passion for cooking began a long time ago, alongside my mother, an excellent Tuscan cook. I have been living in Veneto for many years and have learned about its typical products and cuisine.
One of the special dishes that I have learned to appreciate and often serve to my guests is fresh squid ink pasta with its intense taste of the sea, a dish that I offer during my cooking class. Afterwards, you can enjoy my classic Italian coffee tiramisu. I look forward to welcoming you to my home on the outskirts of Treviso.

Alessandra gives you all the details and information about each dish and it's ingredients using regional items in season for Treviso. I will definitely visit Alessandra and her husband the next time I am in the area. The conversation was very enjoyable. I recommend this experience.
