Fresh pasta (in its myriad regional and local varieties) is one of the most popular dishes on Cesarine's table.
It is a genuine dish, easy and fun to make, you just need to know a few little secrets. I will welcome you into my kitchen and we will learn together how to make one of the most popular types: tagliatelle, with a little twist that will make it even more appetising, adding aromatic herbs when rolling out the dough. Depending on the season, we can choose the most suitable herbs and combine them with various seasonal sauces.
To finish on a sweet note, I will offer you Italy's most beloved dessert, tiramisu, in one of its most delicious variations. I look forward to seeing you!
