Amidst the scent of the sea breeze and the colours of the Costa Smeralda, an authentic experience dedicated to Sardinian culinary tradition awaits you. Together we’ll get our hands dirty and you’ll learn how to make the famous Sardinian gnocchetti, which we call ‘chiusoni’ here in Gallura, and the traditional orecchiette, known in Logudoro as ‘maccarrones lados’. I’ll guide you step by step through kneading the dough and shaping these handmade pasta shapes, a craft passed down through generations. To round off on a sweet note, we’ll prepare together a delicate spoon dessert with Sardinian ricotta and honey – a simple, authentic combination that captures the flavours of our land. A moment of conviviality, filled with stories, traditions and authentic flavours, all against a stunning sea view.

My name is Donatella, and cooking has always been my greatest passion. Since I was a child, I have always had my hands in dough—my grandmother taught me how to make fresh pasta and traditional local dishes. At 18, I started university, but every summer I worked in restaurants as a waitress. I was always drawn to the kitchen, eager to watch, learn, and ask questions. Over the years, my work experiences helped me develop culinary skills that deepened my curiosity and love for cooking. Besides traditional recipes, I enjoy experimenting with new flavors and expressing my creativity, especially through vegetarian and vegan dishes. What I love most is welcoming people who share my passion and spending authentic moments together, surrounded by good food and conviviality.
