Welcome to my kitchen, where I will offer you genuine and simple dishes, all belonging to our culinary tradition. You'll savour my egg pasta: fettuccine, pappardelle, and spaghetti alla chitarra are the shapes I prefer. We'll dress the pasta with a seasonal sauce: the ones I love most and want you to try are the classic ragù, Amatriciana sauce, and Genovese pesto. Followed by a delightful stuffed meatloaf, and to finish off beautifully with a sweet note, I'll serve you the classic of classics: coffee tiramisu. I look forward to seeing you soon!

- It was truly an authentic experience. The interior of the apartment, the meal and the company were on par and we had a great time!
- I can not speak highly enough of our experience with David and his family. They were amazing hosts. They were so gracious and patient with us (although we didn’t speak much Italian). The food was WONDERFUL and the experience making the food was great too. My kids said it was a major highlight to them on our trip through Italy. We’ve already made the recipes back home and they’re a big hit! Thank you to David and the family.
