We will prepare together the typical Veneto pasta: bigoli. It will be fun and unusual to press the dough in the press and get the bigoli out of the bronze die.
We will taste good wine, which is a must in Veneto, in an environment between art, food and nature. You will find a cheerful and artistic environment, surrounded by greenery in front of an artificial canal from the 1300s.

- My wife and I attended Catia’s cooking class yesterday and had a wonderful afternoon. She welcomed us so warmly and impressed us with her extensive knowledge and the care with which she explained everything. We particularly loved learning to make pasta in such an authentic, traditional way... and everything tasted absolutely delicious! Catia went above and beyond to make the afternoon special, even making sure we got safely back to central Padua afterwards. That personal attention and kindness made the experience all the more memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for delicious food, authentic Italian cooking and a truly welcoming host. - Catia is a wonderful host! We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. We really enjoyed the stroll through her vegetable garden. We learnt a lot about the local cuisine. We prepared dinner together. The highlight was making the pasta using the historic pasta machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Catia and will look back on it fondly!!! It was an exceptionally lovely evening!

- I booked this experience for a special birthday and it turned out to be even better than we expected. Catia, together with her beautiful cats, is a super cook and hostess – friendly, kind and very welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and well-informed. We prepared cicchetti, bigoli and tiramisu together, which she then served to us on her beautiful veranda. The dishes of Venetian tradition taste even better and are more vibrant with her very interesting and creative ideas. Everything was truly delicious. I highly recommend this experience, it will definitely remain in our hearts!
