We will prepare together the typical Veneto pasta: bigoli. It will be fun and unusual to press the dough in the press and get the bigoli out of the bronze die.

We will taste good wine, which is a must in Veneto, in an environment between art, food and nature. You will find a cheerful and artistic environment, surrounded by greenery in front of an artificial canal from the 1300s.

Great way to experience Italian food from Kitchen to Table ! A welcoming fun and delicious metal. This hand-on experience in the kitchen with step-by-step guidance on how to make Tiramisù and homemade pasta . The Host , Catia , was most gracious and enthusiastic. Highly recommend this .

Fabulous food with a fobilous guide . This was a fabulous experience with Catia . She is warm and personable, and enthusiastic about Padova, its culture and its culinary traditions . We toured the Market, picked up few groceries , stopper for a cafè and then went to her home. She taught us to make Bigoli, pasta a local tradition, with a sauce of three types of tomatoes . We ate with her on her patio . We discussed food, Italian history a d even current affairs. What a great afternoon !!

10 av 10! Jeg er veldig fornøyd! Jeg hadde et veldig fint opphold! I tillegg til tiramisuen og de to forskjellige pastarettene fikk jeg mye historisk informasjon. Appetizeren som ble servert, var også svært god. Jeg fikk også tips til flere ulike sauser og tilbehør. Atmosfæren var avslappet og svært hyggelig. Jeg anbefaler Catia på det sterkeste!

Catia was charming, interesting & great company. Not quite as much shopping in the market as expected but lots of interesting facts. We were not aware that the cooking would be entirely vegan, this should have been made clear. That said the cooking experience was excellent. Would recommend provided clients are aware of the vegan limitation on range of dishes.

This was a very special experience. Catia met me at Piazza del Erbe. The Market was closed becouse there was Easter Monday , but she took me around Padova instead and shared wanderful stories about the colorful history about her belvedere city.Then we went to cook . What a treat. She tought me to make Bigoli the Pasta of Padova in the traditional way-with an original press and my muscles.It was such a lovely time. We spoke and shared about our country and lives. This extended all my expectations. I went for a cooking class and finished with a friend. If you want a truly special experience in padova sign up for a class with Catia. It's worth every single cent and more. Very special person and the food turned out delicious, Bigoli , Tiramisù and more !
