- Cake with artistic plating and mascarpone cream with condensed mil
We'll prepare dishes from the Italian tradition, but with a touch of color. The ravioli will be colored using vegetable and seasonal dyes, and they will be presented as if they were a canvas to paint on. We'll use brushes and spatulas to decorate our ravioli, transforming them into a work of art. The appetizers and desserts will follow, respecting the colors of the seasons.

Location veramente carina, Catia persona molto cordiale, preparata, sorridente, che sa mettere a proprio agio. Cicchetti veg buonissimi, non banali e coloratissimi, super apprezzati. Preparazione dei bigoli con il torchio emozionante... e che buoni! Senza dimenticare il tiramisù spettacolare! Catia ci ha lasciato tantissimi spunti e tecniche di preparazione non banali che sicuramente metteremo in pratica. Trasmette un enorme passione per la cucina e i prodotti, fa volare il tempo. Esperienza super che consigliamo!

- An absolute must-do!! Our experience with Catia was absolute fantastic. She was a consummate hostess and made us feel immediately at ease. She prepared a variety of local specialties and all were amazing. Everything was so good that our family of 5 ended up having 5 different favorites! Having an opportunity to make the bigoli was a particular highlight. We learned a ton, both about cooking and about the local culture in a way that was super fun and engaging. One warning: come on an empty stomach; Catia provides an “abbondanza” of food and you won’t want to miss anything. If you’re anywhere in Veneto (or northeast italy in general), don’t miss Catia’s class!

- It was such a wonderful evening. Cesarine was so wonderful, the food was amazing, and her cats are so sweet! This was the perfect thing to do while visiting Padua. I highly recommend this. We learned about the two different types of pastas we made and she treated us so well. And did I mention that her cats are the cutest??!! 15/10 recommend.
