    We will prepare one of my family's favorite dishes together: potato gnocchi. It is a simple and delicate dish, rich in tradition and with an addictive flavor. I offer it with affection because it represents a lot to us: it was the Sunday dish, a special time when the family gathered around the table to cook all together. These traditions are treasures that it is important to cherish and carry on even in this day and age.
