Your experience
I am proposing a cooking class to learn how to prepare an authentic Abruzzo dish: the "pallotte cacio e ovo" with homemade tomato sauce and a special focaccia prepared by me. We will have the opportunity to taste this delicious dish paired with a glass of Cerasuolo DOC wine, a wine excellence of Abruzzo. This dish conquers my heart because, tasting it, one can appreciate the rich flavors of pecorino cheese combined with that of cow's milk caciotta, typical of our fascinating mountains. All made with respect for my peasant roots and traditions passed down through generations.
