Your experience
As an appetizer, we will delight the palate with exquisite pizzonte, typical fried pizzas, garnished with peppers, eggs, selected local meats and cheeses, accompanied by my homemade bread. For the first course, we will delight the senses with pasta alla chitarra, prepared with the help of the traditional tool "Lu carrature," and topped with a homemade tomato sauce enriched with selected meats.
The perfect pairing will be Montepulciano DOC wine, both in its Cerasuolo and Rosso variants, to best enhance the flavors of the proposed dishes. To conclude, I will reveal the secret of the famous tiramisu. And for an even more memorable experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy everything outdoors, immersed in a romantic and evocative atmosphere in our garden.
