Cesarina from 2018Location: Campofelice di Roccella Languages: English and ItalianI live just a few steps from the center of Cefalù, a charming town full of atmosphere, rich in history, architecture, and traditions. It's especially famous for its stunning Norman cathedral, and it's surrounded by the Madonie Park and the beautiful sea. I welcome my guests into my cozy villa with a garden, where I love to bring traditional dishes to the table — recipes that reflect Norman, Arab, and Greek influences, just like the rich cultural heritage of this land. Here, you can taste unique local products: olive oil, almonds, olives, fish, preserves, and cheeses. And of course, the wines — white, red, and rosé — perfect for enhancing the incredible variety of Sicilian cuisine. Because for me, food is above all culture: to taste it is to visit and experience the history of Cefalù with all your senses.
