In our home, food is an essential part of our lives and is never chosen at random; it often reflects our state of mind. When we host someone, the smell of freshly baked bread or schiacciata always wafts through the air. We love to knead with varieties of grains and flours, often selecting meats and vegetables from local farms just a few miles from us. The countryside is our way of life, and we like to create a cozy atmosphere by lighting a fire in the wood stove or fireplace.
