Together we’ll prepare culurgiones, handmade ravioli filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint, closed with the signature wheat-ear stitch. Then we’ll move on to lorighittas, a unique hand-braided pasta from Morgongiori. I’ll guide you step by step through this authentic experience, with hands in the dough, warm smiles, and a deep love for our land.     Hicimos la clase de cocina con Federica. Muy buena anfitriona y cocinera. Muy amable y simpática. Al llegar, nos había preparado un aperitivo típico sardo, con un buen vinito.Preparamos dos pastas típicas de aquí.     It was the best cooking experience I ever had. Frederica has a lovely pinterest like home. We learned how to make noodles. We did 2 kinds of different styles. They tasted so good. Frederica is such a great host. We did this experience with our 15 years old daughter.
