A traditional Sicilian dish, it consists of handmade ravioli stuffed with local sheep's milk ricotta and herbs from our garden, which are then sautéed in a pan with butter and sage. The simplicity of the filling makes this first course unforgettable. In fact, you can taste and appreciate the local products that still retain the characteristics of the cuisine of the past.In addition to ricotta and herbs, we add nutmeg, sun-dried tomatoes, and a secret ingredient that we will reveal when you are here. You will also enjoy typical Sicilian appetizers, such as cacio all'argentiera, eggplant caponata, panelle, etc. We will conclude lunch or dinner with cannoli and a glass of limoncello or allorino from our own production.
We had a very pleasent evening with Mariolina and Rosario enjoying good company and excellent typical Sicilian dinner. We can warmly recommend to experience this nice concept especially with Mariolina's great cooking. Price is cheaper than in a conventional restaurant and on top of that you'll have an opportunity for a natural social interaction.
