Marco Rizzo will take you on an evocative journey through the rich biodiversity of the Calore Gorges, the authenticity of Felitto fusillo, and the knowledge of extra virgin olive oil. The experience will begin at the pasta masters, who will reveal the secrets of the artisanal processing of the fusillo of Felitto. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the main stages of extra virgin olive oil production, from the olive grove to the oil mill, to the packaging stage, during an interesting visit to the farm.

Marco Rizzo will lead a lecture on recognizing the qualities and defects of olive oil, followed by a tasting of excellent extra virgin oils. The day will end with a delicious lunch and an evocative tour of the Calore River Gorge.
