We’ll start with classic chicken liver crostini, with their intense, authentic flavour, before moving on to making fresh, handmade pasta: ravioli, or egg or egg-free pasta, served with seasonal vegetables and sauces. We’ll round off the experience with one of Italy’s most beloved desserts, tiramisu. After the cooking class, we’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes we’ve made, surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside around us
