In my characteristic kitchen, I will teach you how to knead and roll out pasta by hand, using the traditional rolling pin technique, and then prepare delicious ravioli stuffed with seasonal vegetables. After the lesson, we will sit down in the dining room, where antique furniture blends with modern elements, plants, works of art and tasteful accessories. At my beautifully laid antique table, we will enjoy the freshly prepared first course and a tasty traditional dessert, accompanied by a good local or Friulian wine.

The most amazing experience! It was such a pleasure to learn from a master, from a warm welcome to a delicious dinner accompanied by wine and homemade liqueurs, this is easily a highlight of our trip. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu (with cherries for an amazing twist on a classic) will be a memory that last forever. Thank you endlessly Giovanna !

Wow! Homemade pasta, sea bass and asparagus. Fresh made tiramisu but with fruit not coffee. A great spring meal. Giovanna was great with a tour ofa typical shopping excursion. Absolutely recommend!!
