I will welcome you with an aperitif and together we will prepare two types of pasta typical of our tradition: corzetti, decorated pasta medallions, and pansoti, pasta filled with vegetables and ricotta cheese. We will accompany them with two typical Ligurian homemade sauces: basil pesto and walnut sauce. How will we end our experience together? With a delicious tiramisu that we will prepare during our cooking class and enjoy with the view of Genoa from the top of the terrace.
