I would like to share this wonderful experience with you. In the town where I live, Conegliano, there is a beautiful weekly market that takes place every Friday. The market is very large and in the food section you can find lots of seasonal fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, fish, and meat. The vendors always help you choose the right product and introduce you to local products, even giving you some recipes. Above all, you establish a relationship of trust with the seller. This is what I would like to share with you: choosing the products together and then cooking in my home! The menu will always be different, because it varies with the seasons, but it will include an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert, accompanied by a good local wine, water, and coffee.
It was a wonderful experience! Corinna welcomed us very well, we felt at home. The food was delicious and prepared with a lot of love.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience with Corinna. My wife and I were joined by one other lady for the experience with Corinna. Corinna led us through her town to the market where she purchased beautiful vegetables and cheese. The cheese purchase was a cheese tasting experience in itself. We then returned to Corinna’s home where the table was beautifully set waiting for us. Corinna then guided us in preparing the vegetables for roasting in the oven, preparing the tiramisu, and preparing asparagus risotto. The risotto requires constant effort and it was very instructive to watch Corinna do the final preparation. We all enjoyed our lunch. The risotto of that quality is hard to find, I believe.
The nicest part of this whole experience is spending time with a local Italian. Learning to make tiramisu and risotto is a bonus. Corinna was warm and helpful. We all shared stories of our families. These are the activities that make vacations in a foreign country so special.

I spend a significant amount of time in my kitchen because I love cooking for my family and friends. What I offer is a Venetian cuisine experience, reminiscent of the aromas from my grandmother's kitchen, where I learned so much. The dishes are simple, traditional, and complemented by fine Venetian wine – an essential element that cannot be overlooked. Cooking becomes a special way for me to share love and tradition with those I cherish.
