Throughout the evening, you'll savor a cheese-filled parcel from the lake paired with a mixed green salad for an appetizer; as the first course, a risotto with sausage bites, followed by the famous mondeghili with a side of potatoes. To finish, a sweet panna cotta dessert topped with seasonal fruit (wine, water, and coffee included).

Experience a cuisine based on traditional recipes, reimagined with a modern twist and fresh ingredients. We'll gather vegetables from the small garden and fry them in extra virgin olive oil using a rice batter. We'll make ravioli with eggs from our hens and prepare a filling with artisan-smoked lake fish, served with parsley sauce as per tradition, and garnished with char caviar. To finish, we'll prepare the typical Lake Como cake featuring bread, cornmeal, apples, pears, and grapes.

The dessert is called "pan meino" and is a typical Lombard dish.

Jump into an ordinary Milanese Saturday!We go to this special farmer's market every Saturday for our weekly food shopping. Products are fresh and Bio, farmers kind and expert.We will meet in Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio in the morning to discover what this agricultural market reserved for us. We will choose and taste some ingredients and buy local food and vegetables. Then, run in the kitchen! You will compose one dish from the starting point to the end and we will enjoy it together. Our home is 5 minute walk from the market so we will have also enough time to take a cup of a good espresso and enjoy an italian Saturday.
