Hi from Alba!

My kitchen is where I love to be and cook for my family, because I find it a form of love. I like to cook different dishes, initially dishes from my area, Brianza, but along the way, I've updated myself with other typical recipes and not always just Italian ones. Having two children abroad, when I come back for holidays, I only want to cook good, genuine things. When I have guests I like to amaze with some particular dishes, even if I'm not an artist in plating, but I think I can recover in the flavors!
