Dining experience: take a seat and enjoy an authentic Italian meal with a local Cesarina

After a hike through the trails of the surrounding countryside or a visit to the period villas during the Fai days in Casatenovo, I would like to present this menu for lunch or dinner, inspired by the lead-up to Easter. I propose gnocchi prepared with mountain potatoes, with white dough, and topped with a tomato sauce prepared this summer.

To start, we will delight you with local cold cuts accompanied by luganega and goat cheese crostoni, all accompanied by a cool white wine from Montevecchia. This will be followed by a plate of gnocchi, and to finish you can choose between a tart or cookies made with whole wheat flour and accompanied by fig or strawberry jam, among the various jams I have prepared.
