Welcome to my kitchen, a typical Italian home where you can enjoy traditional Valtellina dishes. The experience will start with a good glass of red wine and my homemade focaccia with sourdough. During the cooking demo, I will show you how to prepare the famous "Pizzoccheri della Valtellina." It will be a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of this dish up close. After the demonstration, you can take a seat at the table (and if time permits, I will set the table outside) to enjoy the prepared menu.

- My wife and I had an amazing pasta making experience with Anna-Maria. It was truly an authentic Italian experience. She was so welcoming and made it feel like we joined her family dinner. While we made ravioli and tagliatelle together, she had a charcuterie board, focaccia bread, Caprese salad, and grilled peppers and tomatoes prepared as an appetizer to have while we waited for the dough to rise. To top it all off she had a beautiful view from her home to enjoy while eating. I highly recommend this experience!
