This unique experience will allow you to immerse yourself in the culinary culture of Campania and learn the secrets of some traditional recipes. We will introduce you to some typical Campanian dishes and explain their history and secrets.
We will start with a variety of bruschettas with fresh and genuine ingredients. Then, we will move on to the main course, where you can choose to taste the delicious pasta and beans with mussels or pasta and potatoes with provola cheese. Next is the famous eggplant Parmigiana, one of the most beloved dishes in Italian cuisine. We will conclude the meal with an amazing dessert: the babà.
This experience will make you feel as if you have been transported directly to the Campania region, even if you are in Lombardy

- The experience was 10/10! Simona and Carolina were very friendly and brought us into a full Italian cuisine experience. Their knowledge and passion for Italian food made the experience even more wholesome. It was the highlight of our holiday!

- We were in Como on our Honeymoon and took the "class". It was wonderful! We are not sure which we enjoyed more- the class, the food or the company. Carolina and Simona welcomed us into their lovely home like we were family. We had excellent food and conversation about cooking, our family traditions and travel in each other's countries. We didn't want the evening to end!
- Carolina and Simone made us so welcome in their home. As a group of four 70+ ladies with some mobility issues they were so accommodating. We had a wonderful time and even manages to make pretty good pasta and tiramisu. And we sat down to dinner and got to hear how the holidays were celebrated in Italy.

I highly recommend this cooking experience with such wonderful teachers. This adventure is a highlight of Italy trip due to the wonderful family (Antonio and Charlotta).

Both are passionate about cooking and live in a home with a beautiful view of Lake Como and the Alps, where they love welcoming guests for cooking classes. Carolina, the mother, is a skilled cook, originally from Campania. She learned traditional Italian recipes from her family and developed a deep passion for Lombard regional cuisine. Simona, the daughter, is a young student fluent in English. Her proficiency in foreign languages, combined with her inherited passion for cooking from her mother, makes the experience even more accessible and inclusive for all guests.
