I am excited to present "Mondeghini", a traditional dish from Milan and the Brianza region. Mondeghini are meatballs prepared with a blend of cooked mixed meat and various ingredients (spices, herbs, etc.), then fried and enjoyed warm, eaten with your hands.
During this season, I enjoy preparing preserves for autumn. One such preserve is a vegetable appetizer served with homemade toast. Next, we will have fresh farro tagliatelle, a plate that is delightfully light, allowing you to enjoy a generous portion. Lastly, indulge in a scrumptious chocolate salami for dessert. Enjoy!
